OK not really free but pretty darn cheap. Blu Martini on 96th does half price sushi (not just rolls either) from 5-7 every night. I have a rule about not eating sushi Sun thru Wed, but if you do not, you can eat there every night and get 3 1/2 meals for free a week. Oh, so I guess there IS a free part. Not only that, the club space is the coolest, whitest place ever AND the last time I was there I witnessed a birthday present on fire (not on purpose. The fire, I mean) at one of the banquettes.
