Someone once suggested I change the name of my blog to "Target All The Time" and while I wholeheartedly agreed with their assessment of my proclivity to shop there A LOT, I still had to promptly unfriend them for being bossy. At risk of proving my now ex right I present yet again another fabulous design bargain from the aforementioned retailer. I am torn between loving the elastic straps for their hugely comfortable antidote to these 4" heels and their Herve Leger bondage connotations and the potential orthopedic origins. I vote smokin'
